The moment the ancient doors of the SOULKOSTEL church open, and we walk together through its portal, your journey inward begins.
You will deepen the connection with your consciousness via your voice, in the singing circles and during both Sound and Gong baths. You will enter a unique space, designed to consciously open and explore your own healing power, inner universes and the world of dreams.
Astral travel is a natural human ability—it’s the next step in our evolution. We’re here to remind you that this power resides within you and show you how to reactivate it.
By day, you will experience incredible shifts, and by night, you will learn to connect with the universe’s dreams expanding your perception of what is real and possible.
We will sleep together, in a collective dream space, where our unconscious will merge. We will gradually connect our physical and quantum bodies using different voice, sound techniques, and oneironaut techniques for astral exploration.
On Saturday, you will enter a very special all-night guided ceremony, opened by a Cosmic Gong bath with crystal bowls. You will put into practice everything you have learned, opening yourself to astral travel and lucid dreams.
And finally, on Sunday, we will have a space to share experiences, ask questions, and integrate.

On Saturday night, we will gather for a special dream’s ceremony to integrate everything you have learned during the retreat. You will experience the powerful frequencies of a symphonic Gong, that takes you beyond your body. We will open a collective dream space to explore expanded states of consciousness with the intention of experiencing lucid dreams and astral travels.
You will hear Gong, crystal bowls, shrutibox, singing bowls, chimes, sundrum, flutes, shamanic drum, and more.
In this powerful ceremony where we will guide you throughout the night, through sound vibrations and several practices, opening the space for you to consciously access the world of dreams. You will be part of a collective dream energy that will empower this space of consciousness. You will feel the keys to your senses being activated, both in your physical body and in your quantum body, which will open the door for you to take the leap.

𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐓:
Light vegetarian diet. Saturday, we’ll begin a gentle fast to cleanse and prepare our bodies for the evening ceremony. Herbal infusions will be available throughout the retreat. Nearby the church, there is a natural spring—known for its healing waters.

We’ll sleep together in the beautiful main hall of the Soulkostel. Please bring your own sleeping bags and pillows.
