Here are 20 unusual ways for a better life. I assure you – if you apply them, you won’t need a vacation, cause you’ll truly rest in your own life:
1. Figure out what do you really want
NOT: what you don’t want – that’s easy. We all know it.
But: What. Do. You. REALLY. Want. Deep inside?
What kind of life do you truly desire?
I am not talking here about daydreaming, living on a yacht, having mansions and owning a big bank account.
I am talking about what do you truly want for Yourself, and not what society considers to be a success and having a fulfilled life. These are two very different things.
Our society and culture is based on the “ego” and materialistic means resulting from the Dark Age of Kali Yuga. That’s slowly changing, so don’t be afraid to wish for yourself all that you didn’t see in TV.
Our mission is to create a powerful, self-aware and self-sufficient (why not?) high-vibrational community in Poland, so we can make some real changes in this country
2. Listen to your Heart
(your intuition or gut if you wish – you know what I mean).
Your Heart will never deceive you.
Your Heart is a channel and a source for never-ending knowledge filled with cosmic energies. It is certainly the most accurate and sensitive tool to learn what is true and what’s not.
To be able to hear it, there’s only one condition – you have to go through many layers of ego and conditioning. If you’re able to fully trust yourself you eventually get to its essence.
I promise you, it can be done.
3. Listen to your own body – forget about developing “good habits”
…forget about forcing and stressing yourself.
Your body is not a circus animal. Neither you. So stop tormenting yourself and…
4. Do whatever brings you true joy
Follow your internal voice, that is how you get in tune and receive brilliant ideas & insights about what makes you truly happy. Only knowing what’s your unique source of joy, you can step into a happier life.
That’s how you will be able to achieve step 1. Only by listening to yourself and your own heart you will learn what do you truly desire and after that continue to step 5:
5. Keep your eyes open to messages and signs
Keep your eyes open to signs, symbols and synchronicities around you.
I am not talking only about seeing constantly number 11:11. When you tune in, you’ll see how everything is connected and communicates constantly on deep levels.
Everything in the world and in your life will suddenly make sense, you’ll see how nothing is a coincidence and doesn’t happen without a reason.
You will experience the opening of a door to new, amazing adventures where everything in the world lays at your feet, showing you new ways, providing you with answers and presents with opportunities…
6. Connect with Nature
– mając Ciało, jesteś Nią, każdy człowiek jest kosmosem lub Ziemią w pomniejszeniu.
Lepsze życie zaczyna się natychmiast po wejściu między drzewa i śpiew ptaków. Tak jesteśmy skonstruowani. Złączeni z Matką Naturą – jesteśmy jej częścią.
Because you have a physical body, you are part of nature, so a better life simply begins right when you walk into the forest and hear birds chirping. That’s just how we are built, completely connected to Gaia/ Mother Nature-we are simply part of it.
7. Find new things to experience
That’s what you’re here on Earth for – to experience things. So go ahead and grab another piece of chocolate out of the chocolate box, but make sure it’d be a different one each time.
And I am not talking here about huge things that may feel too hard to handle. I’m talking simply about finding a new path in the forest, finding a receipe for a new dish, picking up a new skill or finding new friends.
You can sign up for a new course or find new music to listen to! Try to experience new things each and every day. This world is so full of small journeys and wonderful moments which fly by you every minute; all you need to do is to reach out for them.

8. Begin creating – it heals depression and sadness
Jesień zeszłego roku była dla mnie szczególnie wycieńczająca, listopad i grudzień przeżyłam, czołgając się przez ciemność.
Jedyne, co mnie uspokajało, to tworzenie Jasnej Polski – wymyślanie strony, pisanie bloga, robienie grafik… Tylko wtedy czułam ulgę.
Jesteśmy (s)twórcami, kreatorami z natury, jeśli nie wyrażamy swej prawdziwej natury, giniemy, usychamy. Życie tu zamienia się w pozbawioną sensu wegetację.
Więc TWÓRZ. KREUJ. STWARZAJ. Szydełkuj, pisz poezje, pamiętnik, sklejaj modele, graj na ukulele, komponuj zapachowe mydełka, szyj poduszki, prowadź zielnik… Rób coś – cokolwiek, co wyraża Ciebie.
Last Fall was especially difficult and draining for me: I went through November and December feeling as I was living in complete darkness.
The only thing that helped me was creating Light Poland website – writing, working on its graphic design etc. Only then did I experience some relief.
We are all creators in nature, if we don’t express ourselves we become miserable and life loses its meaning.
So let’s CREATE! Write poetry, play music, dance, paint, create a garden… do something, anything that expresses who you are!
9. Jump into the abyss of Unknown
If you want to quit your job, school, relationship, just do it. Remember that once you close one door another will open up, so don’t be afraid – it is never a jump down, but crosswise – your potentials and timelines.
I’ve done it many times and these decisions where I changed it up were some of the best decisions of my life.
10. Tell the truth, be honest with yourself…
…and then with others.
Being honest is freeing, it gets you out of the cage of 3D manipulated, commercialized “reality”.
I know it is hard to face it sometimes but it is truly healing and then life gets much better.
Telling the truth and being honest doesn’t mean being cruel, or hurtful towards others. That is the thing of the past – 3D world where the “truth” triggered only a fly or fight response.
When you are honest with yourself be kind, loving and gentle with yourself, don’t judge yourself, understand that mistakes are OK.
And then treat others the exact same way.
Ego says: when everything works out, I’ll find peace.
Heart says: find your peace and everything will work out.
11. Practice Tantra
(even if you are single).
Tantra is not just a type of Kamasutra;
it’s a whole philosophy of life, which beyond all encourages one to connect with the flow of energies, openness of the heart and and a full awareness.
12. Practice 1-minute workout
Take a chance – for example as a traning of trying new things 🙂
It’s only 1 minute a day. Something new, something tiny, something seemingly insignificant.
Or maybe something just for you?
13. Practice meditatation
Whatever floats your boat.
It doesn’t have to be sitting for hours in lotus position.
Walk, sing, paint, take pictures, breath, exercise, pray, love…
Whatever makes you grounded, focused, centered in your I Am core.
You may want to try this beautiful meditation – just sing with Mirabai Ceiba this mantra: Humee hum, toomee toom, Wahe Guru. I am thine in mine myself, Wahe Guru. Doing it on the regular basis, makes wonders.
14. Fall in love with people
…men and women. I am talking here especially about masculine and feminine energies both which you are a vessel of no matter if you are a man or a woman.
It’s an amazing and beautiful journey to learn about who you are deep inside, finding the internal balance and spreading it into your life and the rest of the world.
15. Read
it enriches your life and provides you with support.
Reading makes you more open minded and truly expands you from within.
Shows you worlds, realities & perspectives that you wouldn’t be able to experience otherwise.

It will make you happier.
16. Eat and drink whatever you want…
– under one condition: do it with appreciation and full of joy.
High-vibrational energy of gratitude and conscioussness transforms food and makes it perfect for your body.
17. Let it go, let it be, accept and breathe…
Resistance doesn’t help anything, it doesn’t get rid of our problems, doesn’t serve you in any way.
It allows the problem to grow in the back of your mind in your subconscious.
I know – allowing something that we don’t accept is against what comes for us humans naturally. And it is indeed very scary.
But if you accept it and stop resisting it, not only won’t it destroy you but it will truly heal you on a different level.
That’s why: let it go, let it be, accept and breathe…
18. Attend one Ceremony with…
– with sacred Medicinal Plants or in a Sweat Lodge.
Medicinal Plants such as Ayahuasca, Sassafras, Peyote, Hemp Oil are the Teachers.
They are here on Earth to teach and help in humanity’s ascension/transformation.
It’s not an airy-fairy tale or a tripping party, they really do that!
We are so surrounded and filled with negative experiences from this and previous lifetimes (DNA, genetic lineage etc.) that in order to release all pain and negativity that impacts our lives we would need 179 years.
That’s why we need plants and Mother Gaia to help us with it, make it shorter and bearable, so we don’t give up on this Cosmic Experiment in the middle of it.
19. Listen to music that increases your vibration.
How to find this type of music?
You feel better right away while listening to it. Your life/chi energy is growing.
You feel relieved, motivated, relaxed, happy and peaceful.
At the same time avoid dark, aggresive music for obvious reasons.
